Zymaropita gluten free!
Our genuine zymaropita comes from Epirus. The materials are actually mainly wheat flour, water or milk or yogurt, cheese, salt and pepper ..
But now, many people among us who is not doing very well in their enteraki with sitaraki and deprived of our traditional cuisine since - unfortunately gluten are everywhere!
Do not worry me though! Problem solved! Found the solution in my new recipe!
Zymaropita .the Passepartout! Why Passepartout? because you can make infinite variations in the materials you use, beyond my basic recipe ..
Some ideas? add to your pie olives, tomato and oregano or caramelized onions into slices or mint or chopped sundried tomatoes (I have done this variant .. half pan myself ate, hahaha)

Zymaropita gluten free!
without gluten Ingredients
5 medium eggs
2 kg .soupas full of coconut flour
2 tbsp. Yogurt
1 cup grated yellow cheese
150 g. feta crumbled by hand (if you use another long gaps matured cheese)
(comprar morcilla)
freshly ground pepper
Run Mix in a bowl all our materials, wait 5 minutes to absorb the coconut flour liquid and then add our mixture into a pan, which lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180oC, in preheated oven until golden brown! Good luck !
